Meaning Centered Therapy

"Meaning is something that walks in through the senses on a spring morning, or when your arrive at the seaside and hear the cry of the seagulls.”

C. Wilson

Overcoming mental health problems is about more than learning new ways to just get through the day. Its about discovering what you need out of life, and learning to live as a whole person. The struggles that bring you to counseling are signs that there are questions in your life that need to be answered and challenges that need to be met. I help people engage with the deeper meanings of their struggles so that we can address their mental health problems on a more profound level. As a therapist trained in both existential and Jungian approaches to psychotherapy I offer a unique counseling experience focused on helping people live with meaning and wholeness.
